These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LimitedEditions.art and your purchase of products from Limited Editions. Throughout these Terms, “Limited Editions,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of LimitedEditions.art.

By visiting our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase through this website.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information for all purchases.

2. Our Collection

Limited Editions presents a curated collection of handbags, purses, wallets, accessories, and other useful objects selected for their design, form, color, texture, material, and function.

Some products are fulfilled and shipped by independent suppliers and fulfillment partners. Products within the same order may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, photographs, and other information accurately. Because products are photographed under different lighting conditions and displayed on different screens, actual colors and finishes may vary slightly from their online appearance.

Measurements supplied by manufacturers may vary slightly because of production methods or manual measurement. Decorative patterns, woven materials, prints, and natural or textured surfaces may also exhibit minor variations.

We reserve the right to correct errors or update product information without prior notice. If a material error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate opportunity to continue with or cancel the order.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be shown during checkout. Payment must be authorized before an order can be processed.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total amount shown at checkout.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee its acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order because of product unavailability, supplier inventory changes, payment problems, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or product information, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate operational reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

You will receive an order confirmation at the email address supplied during checkout. Please review it promptly and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at care@limitededitions.art.

We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate the request, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment or been submitted to a supplier.

Nothing in this section limits any cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Processing and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by supplier processing, carrier operations, weather, holidays, customs procedures, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we learn that an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the options required by applicable law, which may include consenting to a revised shipment date or canceling the unshipped order for a refund.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Product Problems

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged products, incorrect products, and missing shipments are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Please inspect your order after delivery. If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional processing time before a refund appears in your account.

9. Product Availability

Product availability and supplier inventory can change without notice. An item may become unavailable after an order is submitted.

If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we may contact you regarding an alternative or cancel the affected item and issue a refund. We will not substitute another product without your agreement.

10. Personal and Lawful Use

Products purchased through Limited Editions are offered for lawful personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not use the website or its contents:

• For fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or deceptive purposes

• To interfere with the website’s security or operation
